| MIFO | | | | For almost 30 years, the Mouvement d’implication francophone d’Orléans (MIFO) has been an integral part of the francophone community in Orléans. It brings francophone culture to the forefront, encourages our region’s artists and promotes cultural expression in the Orléans community. The MIFO responds to the artistic, cultural and educational needs of the community by offering a variety of services in French. The MIFO looks forward to the opening of the Shenkman Arts Centre, as it will provide cultural development and growth of arts in the region.
