The new Shenkman Arts Centre will be unique in that much of the programming will be delivered by 5 community partners instead of the City.  Recognizing the efficiencies of working with existing organizations, the City of Ottawa has invited Arts Ottawa East, le Mouvement d'implications francophone d'Orléans, (MIFO), the Ottawa School of Art - Orléans Campus (OSA), The Gloucester Pottery School, and the Orléans Young Players Theatre School, to become resident partners in the new Centre. 

Indeed, MIFO will be responsible for providing 25% of the main stage programming in French.
